With over 12 years in the construction industries Jordan Phillippi began his residential construction career at a young age. Some may say Jordan was born into the construction field as his Grandfather was a well regarded residential home builder in Kent County Delaware for nearly 30 years. Growing up Jordan often times spent evenings and weekends on job sites slowly learning the construction trades. However Jordan did not stop there, he went on to become a roadway construction project manager overseeing heavy civil roadway projects. After more than 7 years in the roadway construction field Jordan decided to return to his childhood routes and opened Carpenters Creek LLC in 2019.
